“Yes, It’s Ranbir & Me In Ayan’s Film”, Alia Confirms
Ranbir Kapoor’s best friend Ayan Mukerjee is all set to go on the floors with his third film featuring his best friend.
And this time the very happening Alia Bhatt is joining the duo for what promises to be an unconventional super-hero film.While Ayan’s leading man has remained unchanged in all his three films, his leading lady has changed from Konkona Sen in Wake Up,Sid to Deepika Padukone in
Alia and Ranbir have desired to work together for the longest time. During the promotion of Imtiaz Ali’sHighway which starred Alia, Ranbir who’s a close friend of Imtiaz was repeatedly heard imploring Imtiaz to cast him with Alia.
Now Ranbir’s wish will come true, albeit through the good offices of another of Ranbir’s close director-friends.
Confirming her presence in Ayan Mukerjee’s super-hero film with Ranbir Kapoor, Alia says, “Yes I am doing Ayan’s film with Ranbir. We begin at the end of the year.”
