Did Kangana Turn Down Aanand Rai’s Offer With SRK?

By A  Correspondent

If sources in the know are to be believed director Aanand L Raioffered his blue-eyed girl Kangana Ranaut the lead opposite ShahRukh Khan in his next project.

Kangana declined the offer.

Apparently she told Aanand, “If I do another film with you it would have to be as solid a role as Tanu Weds Manu.”

You are unlikely to see the Rangoon star Kangana Ranaut being paired with any of the three Khan superstars , for no other reason except that the actress wants a role equal to her male co-stars.

In fact not many know this. But  Kangana  has turned down films  with all the three Khans at some point or the other. Kangana was offered Dangal with Aamir Khan  and  Sultan with [tooltip id=”88b6af99531f838ed90aed058b7d870a”][tooltip id=”c1b465420d07c688942ed18eadfd9f92″ keyword_color=”#000000″ background_color=”#ffffff”][tooltip id=”4db8f5608d45f5de7881d9bce162f4bf”]Salman Khan[/tooltip][/tooltip][/tooltip]. She declined the offers saying the roles were not substantial enough.

Says a  source, “With her attitude of absolute comfort regarding the Khans’ stardom Kangana is unlikely to be seen with any of three Khan superstars. While Shah Rukh and Aamir have not reacted to her war-cry for equality in the screenplay Salman is actively pissed off with Kangana for having said no to Sultan. Aanand Rai’s film  with Shah Rukh has slipped out of Kangana’s hands. But ask her if she cares.”[tooltip type=”box” html=”Input Your Content Here” box_background_color=”#eeeeee” box_opacity=”0.95″ box_padding=”10″ box_border_color=”#3F3F3F” box_border_width=”1″ box_border_radius=”0″ id=”88b6af99531f838ed90aed058b7d870a” /][tooltip type=”box” html=”Salman Khan Bollywood Actor” box_background_color=”#eeeeee” box_opacity=”0.95″ box_padding=”10″ box_border_color=”#3F3F3F” box_border_width=”1″ box_border_radius=”0″ id=”c1b465420d07c688942ed18eadfd9f92″ /]
