Rishi-Neetu Approve Of Alia Bhatt…Toh Baat Pukki?

Is the commitment-phobic Ranbir Kapoor actually planning to tie the knot with the new love of his life Alia Bhatt? Sources close to the Kapoor family reiterate that Ranbir’s parents Rishi and Neetu Kapoor have given their approval of and blessings to the alliance.

Says the family friend, “Ranbir’s father has never disapproved of his son’s girlfriends. Be it Katrina or Deepika or any of the other girls Ranbir has dated in the past, Rishi has been cordial with them. It is Ranbir’s mother Neetu Kapoor who disapproves of his girlfriends. She never got along with Deepika or Katrina. But Neetuji adores Alia. They are constantly exchanging WhatsApp messages and pictures. As far as Neetuji is concerned the alliance is pukka (locked  in).”

Apparently, the two families are now seriously looking into the marriage details.

“If all goes well, the marriage will happen by late next year, and Alia will continue working in films, thereby breaking the tradition of Kapoor bahus –Babita, Neetu Kapoor—giving up their careers after marriage.”
