12:59 PM – And here we go! The Xbox Games Showcase has begun!
12:32 PM ET, Carrie – Hello there! We are about thirty minutes away from the Xbox Games Showcase portion of Summer Game Fest 2025. There will undoubtedly be several surprises, as has been the case for all of Summer Game Fest so far. I expect we will probably be seeing more of Gears of War: E-Day, and the new Perfect Dark game that we saw a gameplay reveal for last year.
It’s likely too much to ask for a new Elder Scrolls game update, but I’m hoping for perhaps a new Forza Horizon game now that Forza Horizon 5 has come to PlayStation. Blizzard may even give a new look at World of Warcraft‘s upcoming expansion. Following Xbox’s portion, there will also be a special deep dive into The Outer Worlds 2.
