The character stills capture Yang Jung Sook in her neat yet elegant 1970s styling. The actress shared the reason behind her decision to join the project, saying, “It’s a new role with a different texture from any character I’ve played so far, so I felt a strong desire to take on the challenge.”

She added, “Yang Jung Sook is a character who is deeply true to her desires and has no hesitation in expressing them. She pushes forward without regard for anything else in order to fulfill those desires.”

Director Kang Yoon Sung praised Lim Soo Jung, saying, “Lim Soo Jung is truly exceptional at interpreting a character. She portrayed the character’s various traits in a way that feels very real, without overdoing it.”

Low Life will release 3 episodes on July 16, followed by 2 episodes each on July 23, July 30, August 6, and August 13, for a total of 11 episodes, only on Disney+.
