The upcoming comedy K-movie Pretty Crazy has locked in its release date — August 13.
Pretty Crazy is a comedy that follows Gil Gu (Ahn Bo Hyun), a young unemployed man who takes on an extraordinary part-time job monitoring Seon Ji (Yoon A), who wakes up as a devil late at night.
The character posters highlight the quirks of these extraordinary characters. Seon Ji, who wakes up demon-possessed late at night, with her wild hair and striking red outfit, transforms into a completely different persona from her day self.
Gil Gu, introduced as an “innocent part-timer”, wears a half-terrified, half-curious expression.

Dad Jang Soo and A Ra, the “peculiar cousin,” who looks just as displeased as Seon Ji, add fun to the mix.

The teaser gives a glimpse of the four quirky characters: Seon Ji (Yoon A), who literally becomes crazy late at night; Gil Gu (Ahn Bo Hyun), who’s driven crazy from his eerie part-time job of watching over Seon Ji; Jang Su (Sung Dong Il), who’s been dealing with the devilish Seon Ji for over 20 years and is long gone crazy; and A Ra (Joo Hyun Young), Seon Ji’s cousin, who’s on the verge of going crazy herself after serving her endlessly.
Talking about working with Ahn Bo Hyun, Yoon A shared, “We became close during filming, which allowed us to work comfortably together. I think that synergy is fully reflected in the film.”
Ahn Bo Hyun commented, “I was struck by how cool and easygoing she was with both the staff and fellow actors on set. I learned a lot from her as a senior actor, and it made me think that she’s someone I’d like to keep working with for a long time in the future.”
Pretty Crazy is coming on August 13. Watch the teaser here.
