Selling Sunset Season 9 Cast Guide

The cutthroat realtors from Selling Sunset are gearing up for another season of high-stakes sales, office drama, and explosive rumors that could destroy a reputation in an instant, and it’s time to share information about the upcoming installment’s stars.

Selling Sunset season 9 will drop on Netflix in October, meaning there’s still plenty of time to get caught up before friends like Chrishell Stause, Emma Hernan, and more appear on TV again.

Selling Sunset season 8‘s biggest bombshell came from Nicole Young, who brought up a rumor that co-star Emma was involved with a married man. The rumor set off a chain of events that saw the drama spill over into the online world.

With accusations flying on social media. Nicole has since apologized for bringing the rumor up on camera, but she stands by her source. Luckily for fans, Nicole will be returning for another season. Let’s see who else from the Oppenheim Group will be signing on for business.

Chrishell Stause

Arguably one of the biggest names on the show, Chrishell has been appearing on Selling Sunset since season 1 premiered in 2019. Her evolution on the show has been one to marvel at, as when she began, she was a shy new realtor married to an A-list Hollywood actor, Justin Hartley from This Is Us.

Chrishell and Justin’s marriage fell apart on camera, and she’s been proving that she didn’t need him in the first place ever since.

Now, Chrishell is happily married to G Flip, a non-binary Australian musician, and the two are exploring their fertility options. Chrishell’s journey has inspired hope in those who need to remember that it’s never too late to start over again and find a happy ending.

Chelsea Lazkani

Chelsea joined Selling Sunset for season 5, and has remained a cast member since. Her stylish persona was right at home with the ladies of Selling Sunset, who often make headlines as much for their daring outfits as they do for their sometimes messy personal lives.

Chelsea is besties with Chrishell and Emma, and the three have stuck together through thick and thin, including Chelsea’s painful divorce from ex-husband Jeff Lazkani. The couple had been married for seven years and have two children: Maddox and Malia.

Emma Hernan

Emma joined Selling Sunset with a bang during season 4, immediately facing allegations that she’d dated a man at the same time as former castmate Christine Quinn. The pair butted heads over the accusation, naturally.

Emma’s home-wrecking allegations have stuck around, as a storyline about Emma having an affair with a married man was also featured on Selling Sunset season 8, when Nicole brought up the rumors during an explosive dinner at Pioneertown.

The revelation sparked much of the drama on season 8. Emma has maintained her innocence.

Nicole Young

Nicole’s debut on Selling Sunset season 6 was rife with tension, mostly towards cast mate Chrishell and Nicole’s perceived “special treatment” Chrishell received while dating Jason Oppenheim, one of the bosses at the Oppenheim Group. Making matters more complicated? Nicole had dated Jason years ago.

Nicole had been friends with many of the Selling Sunset realtors before officially joining the show. She was initially reluctant to expose her personal life on reality TV, but has since clearly come around.

Nicole’s accusation against Emma about seeing a married man proved that Nicole knows how to play for the cameras when necessary.

Alanna Gold

Alanna’s intro to Selling Sunset during season 8 was marked by an odd controversy: While she initially claimed that she and her husband, Adam Gold, owned Pioneertown, an unincorporated, Western-themed community located about 30 minutes outside of Joshua Tree, Alanna had to backtrack when the town clapped back.

Pioneertown issued a statement on Instagram, requesting an apology from Alanna, which was granted.

Alanna apologized for misrepresenting her stake in the town in a statement, as reported by The Today Show, saying, “I want to reach out to personally say I am so deeply sorry for the confusion I have caused. I certainly do not own Pioneertown, I never should have said that and I apologize for doing so. I want you to know that I did not mean any harm, I absolutely love Pioneertown and I simply got too excited talking about it.

Mary has been a mainstay cast member on Selling Sunset since season 1. She was a veteran realtor who’d been with the Oppenheim Group the longest by the time the show premiered. A surprise to no one who knows the way things work at the Oppenheim Group, Mary and Jason also had a romantic past.

Mary’s marriage to Romain Bonnet was featured on Selling Sunset, and she’s continued to work her way up at the real estate firm.

Amanza Smith

Amanza is one of the few non-realtors on Selling Sunset, although she briefly held her real estate license. Amanza is a skilled interior decorator who works for the Oppenheim Group. She’s a single mom, and the heartbreaking reason she received full custody of her children was featured during Selling Sunset season 3.

Selling Sunset and Traitors star Chrishell Stause recently talked about her show’s return, & I’m confused about her comeback after previous comments.

Amanza’s ex-husband, NFL player Ralph Brown, went MIA after co-parenting with her for years after their 2012 divorce. Amanza was forced to seek full custody of her children, which played out on the show.

Bre Tiesi

Bre Tiesi had made a name for herself outside of the real estate world prior to joining Selling Sunset season 6. She was a model who had already appeared on reality TV. But she was perhaps best known as one of Nick Cannon’s six baby mamas.

Nick and Bre have been in an unconventional, on-again-off-again relationship for nearly a decade. Nick famously practices “consensual non-monogamy,” having a total of 12 kids with different women. Nick and Bre share Legendary Love Cannon, who was born in 2022.

Bre defended her unconventional lifestyle to her fellow realtors during her initial seasons, but now, she’s better known for causing conflict with fellow stars Chrishell and Chelsea.

Jason and Brett Oppenheim

Jason and Brett are the twin brother maestros at the Oppenheim Group. They founded the luxury real estate firm in 2013, and have been working there ever since. It’s made them mega-rich, but they have a habit of mixing business with pleasure.

The brothers’ dating lives are just as much of a fixture on Selling Sunset as the upscale mansions they sell. Currently, Jason is dating Jessica Vargas, another realtor at the Oppenheim Group, while Brett is dating German tattoo artist Samantha Abdul.

Sandra Vergara

The newest kid on the Selling Sunset block is Sandra Vergara, who joins for her first season this year. The realtor has a background in entertainment journalism and media, so she’s well-equipped for her time on reality TV.

Sandra told Tudum that season 9 has a lot in store for viewers, saying, “Season 9 definitely brings some unexpected twists. There are some jaw-dropping moments you won’t see coming.” Spoken like a true media pro.

Selling Sunset season 9 drops Oct. 29 on Netflix.
