Madison Beer is reportedly dating the Los Angeles Chargers quarterback, Justin Herbert. According to the Daily Mail, Beer and Herbert were spotted together in LA, where she is filming her new music video. The outlet reported that Beer introduced the NFL player to her crew before they left together in a car.
Beer was seen in a white costume with angel wings in the photos from Daily Mail, while Herbert wore a navy blue t-shirt, black pants, and a baseball cap. She was also spotted at a house in Hancock Park, where the filming presumably takes place. As part of her costume, she was also seen with a heart locket and a tiny heart ring.

As for which song Beer is filming is unclear. She has yet to release a song this year, and her songs last year already have music videos. Beer was discovered by Justin Bieber in 2012, when he shared her YouTube cover of At Last by Etta James. She has since released acclaimed songs like Melodies, Reckless, 15 Minutes, and Make You Mine.

Neither Beer nor Herbert has spoken about or indicated anything about their potential romance recently. The one-time NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year was romantically linked to sports reporter Taylor Bisciotti in 2021, though their relationship remains unconfirmed. He signed a five-year contract with the LA Chargers in 2023, which is worth $262.5 million.
Beer was last known to be in a romantic relationship with former Hype House star Nick Austin. It appears that the relationship ended recently after they unfollowed each other on Instagram. Interestingly, Herbert and Beer don’t follow each other on social media either.
Beer and Herbert’s rumored romance has fans buzzing, especially after Taylor Swift appeared on her NFL boyfriend Travis Kelce’s podcast last week. The singer–athlete couple dynamic is quickly becoming a trend in the celebrity world, with Hailee Steinfeld and Josh Allen also serving as another example.
Madison Beer and Nick Austin’s Relationship Appears to Have Ended Recently

Nick Austin and Madison Beer had been a couple since 2020, and they became Instagram official a year later. Initially, Austin left a few comments on Beer’s account, sparking rumors of a romance. In August, while attending a party, Austin called her “gorgeous” on video. Later, they were seen out together multiple times.
At the end of 2020, they had unfollowed each other on Instagram, sparking rumors of a breakup. However, they were seen together again multiple times. They went public with their relationship when Austin shared a heartfelt tribute to Beer on her birthday. He shared (via PEOPLE):
idk how i got so lucky. happy birthday to the love of my life, my best friend, my dream girl, my soulmate. every day with you feels like im dreaming, which I might be. i love you forever and ever.
Austin has over 9 million TikTok followers and about 471,000 subscribers on his YouTube account. His channel had seen occasional cameos from Beer from time to time. They often appeared together on Instagram, but apart from that, they had largely managed to keep their relationship out of the spotlight.
In March 2022, he took to Instagram to talk about their relationship. He shared, “You are the best thing that’s ever happened to me & i feel so lucky to know you in the way i do. I’ve never known such a kind and loving heart. The strongest and sweetest girl.”
Trouble began brewing in their relationship when Beer’s mother unfollowed Austin on Instagram on October 10, 2024. A few days later, Beer and Austin also unfollowed each other on the social media platform (via Daily Mail). There were rumors of a breakup at the time; however, they debunked the rumors when they appeared together in LA.
On June 26, 2025, Austin deleted pictures of Beer and him from his Instagram, which convinced many fans that he and Beer are through with the relationship.
Madison Beer’s Previous Boyfriends: From David Beckham’s Son to A Club Promoter

Madison Beer’s relationship with Vine star Jack Gilinsky caught media attention for all the wrong reasons. It had a tumultuous ending after he admitted to verbally abusing the singer. A leaked recording of Gilinsky abusing Beer went viral on social media, earning him severe backlash.
In a now-deleted post, she urged her fans not to commit the same mistakes she did with Gilinsky. She shared, “Don’t make the same mistakes I did, your safety is never worth it. No matter what, no one deserves to be treated that way. You deserve the world and respect from everyone and anyone” (via Daily Mail).
After her split from Gilinsky, Beer allegedly moved on to Brooklyn Beckham, David Beckham’s eldest son. They were spotted out at a dinner together. Beer denied having a relationship, explaining that they were just “best friends.” She shared (via AOL’s Build Series):
I’ve known Brooklyn for years, we’ve been really close and as we’ve gotten older — and I’m newly out of a relationship, we’re definitely like crushing on each other. But we’re both very busy. He’s great, though. He’s a cutie, literally one of my best friends.
She was later linked to club promoter Zack Bia. They reportedly had an on-again, off-again relationship. Their relationship was very brief, with them allegedly ending it in March 2019. Bia was also allegedly linked to Olivia Rodrigo and Madelyn Cline.
In 2016, Beer became a victim of an online attack that resulted from her n*de photos being leaked online. It was leaked by a boy she was dating at the time. Earlier this year, she told Cosmopolitan that the boy who did this reached out to her and apologized. She shared:
The boy who the whole n*de situation happened with, he reached out to me and was like, ‘I had no idea that I hurt you like this. I’m so sorry.’ I don’t know how it feels to be a 14-year-old boy receiving photos of a girl. Maybe it’s wishful thinking, but I don’t think he was being malicious showing them to his friends. He was a kid.
Beer had revealed last year that she contemplated suicide over this darkest phase in her life (via The Independent). She also revealed to BuzzFeed that she engaged in self-harm and was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. The singer also disclosed that she was s*xually assaulted as a child, and then again at the age of 14 during her first party in Los Angeles (via E! News).
