Actress Shin Su Hyun will reportedly be added to the cast lineup of the upcoming K-drama Delusion.
On October 3, media outlet Star News revealed that actress Shin Su Hyun will join the upcoming Disney+ original K-drama Delusion.
Shin Su Hyun’s side hasn’t responded to the casting reports.
Delusion will possibly be Shin Su Hyun’s first official K-drama for 2026.
This year, the actress has been busy with several K-dramas. She starred in the hit K-drama Study Group alongside NU’EST’s Hwang Min Hyun, Han Ji Eun, Cha Woo Min, Lee Jong Hyun, and Yoon Sang Jung.
She is also part of the cast of the ongoing KBS weekend K-drama Our Golden Days.
Before the year ends, Shin Su Hyun is set to make her debut in a Netflix original K-drama. She will be one of the supporting roles in the upcoming K-drama Cashero. She will work alongside Lee Jun Ho, Kim Hye Joon, Kim Byung Chul, Kim Hyang Gi, Kang Han Na, and Lee Chae Min.
Shin Su Hyun made her acting debut in 2019 after participating in several audition programs.
Delusion will showcase the journey of a poor painter who was commissioned to draw a vampire woman in the background of Gyeongseong in 1935. The story will be based on a webtoon of the same name by Hongjacga that was serialized on Naver in 2019.
Director Han Jae Rim, known for creating the works Face Reader, Emergency Declaration, The King, and the Netflix original K-drama The 8 Show, will helm the upcoming K-drama.
Shin Su Hyun will reportedly work with confirmed main leads Bae Suzy, Kim Seon Ho, Huh Joon Ho, and Choi Hyun Wook.
There is no confirmation yet on the role that was offered to Shin Su Hyun in Delusion.
Delusion will be available exclusively on Disney+ sometime in 2026.
