Netflix’s new TV and movie releases for November 24-30, 2025, include the highly anticipated Stranger Things Season 5 Volume 1 and Jingle Bell Heist.
Wednesday, November 26, 2025, marks the release of Stranger Things Season 5, Volume 1 on Netflix. Expected to be the final season of the sci-fi fantasy horror thriller series, fans will see multiple lingering storylines brought to a conclusion, especially Eleven and the crew’s campaign to defeat Vecna. The main cast from the previous seasons reprises their roles. Newcomers include Nell Fisher, Jake Connelly, Alex Breaux, and Linda Hamilton.
Jingle Bell Heist also drops on Netflix on November 26, 2025. Michael Fimognari helmed this Christmas-themed romantic crime comedy from a script written by Abby McDonald. The story follows Sophia, a retail worker, and Nick, a repairman. The former possesses a sharp wit, while the latter is plagued by bad luck. The two, who lead double lives as small-time thieves, cross paths when they try to rob the same place — London’s most prominent departmental store. The pair reluctantly form an alliance, which becomes complicated by the growing romantic spark between them.
Also releasing on Netflix this week is Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom. Directed by James Wan, this film is the final installment of the now-defunct DC Extended Universe. In the movie, Aquaman teams up with his imprisoned half-brother, Orm, to stop Black Manta, who wants revenge on the former for killing his father.
