Everyone knows about the time Ozzy Osbourne bit the head off a bat, but many people online wanted people to put their attention on another alleged instance: the time he allegedly shot and killed 17 cats in a drugged-fueled state. However, one of his most private children, Louis Osbourne, just set the record straight.
On Jack Osbourne’s podcast Trying Not To Die, he and Louis talked about their late father; including that claim. The claim came from a 2007 chat with The Scotsman, where Ozzy himself said he shot 17 cats they adopted.
However, Louis said: “We never owned 17 cats. He did go and shoot a pen of chickens and set fire to it in a mad drunken rage one night.”
He added, “But he never ever ever slaughtered any cats. I’m putting the record straight here.”
