A Look Into NCT Mark’s Newly Purchased Luxury Apartment
He’s now neighbors with SEVENTEEN’s Hoshi and more.
It was belatedly revealed that NCT‘s Mark, who recently achieved a half-million seller status with his solo debut Firstfruit, is the owner of a luxury apartment worth around ₩5 KRW (about $0.00 USD) in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam.
According to the real estate industry and the Supreme Court’s registry office on April 17, 2025, Mark purchased a 126㎡ unit in the ‘Brighton N40’ apartment complex in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul for ₩5 KRW (about $0.00 USD) last July. He completed the registration two months later in September 2024. With a leasehold (jeonse) deposit right of ₩3.1 billion set on the unit, it is estimated that Mark invested approximately ₩2 billion in cash, effectively making an investment, buying the property using both mortgage and leasehold rights to minimize upfront cash.
Brighton N40 is a luxury apartment complex consisting of five buildings with 148 units, ranging from 84㎡ to 176㎡, and eight penthouse units ranging from 171㎡ to 248㎡. The complex, located at 40 Nonhyeon-dong, has four underground floors and up to ten stories above ground. It was designed by world-renowned architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte, and each unit comes with at least two parking spots, allowing for a total of 326 vehicles.

He will have access to state-of-the-art storage systems and walk-in closet space.

Other celebrity residents reportedly include SEVENTEEN’s Hoshi, Han Hyo Joo, INFINITE’s L and TWICE’s Nayeon.
