A Zero Sequel Already On The Anvil

Though this  is  not official yet and  won’t be for a  while now, a sequel to  the eagerly waited Zero is already  in the  pipeline.

Sources in the know say the reach  of Aanand Rai’s hero, the vertically challenged Babua, will determine his longevity as a  screen hero in  movies to come.

“It could be one sequel, or several spinoffs. Both Shah Rukh and Aanand Rai have fallen in love with Babua’s character. He represents that  incompleteness which  makes all of us  identify with him.And yet in spite  of his ‘short’coming he  is optimistic and ebullient. It’s  a character that needs  to be taken forward. He is  the  hero of our times, ” says a source  close to the development.

We don’t know which way this character will go. It can even be a comic strip  or a web series. But Babuaa in Zero is here  to stay.
