Aamir To Forego His Remuneration For Laal Singh Chadha?

There are dubious  reports  in the  press  that  Aamir Khan , in all his compassionate  consideration, has decided  to  “compensate” for the abysmal  failure  of Laal Singh Chadha  by foregoing his  remuneration.

On some probing  , this  appears to be more a  PR  exercise than anything  else, to salvage the star-actor’s image.

A  source in the know  informs, “Aamir has taken a major part  of his  remuneration for  Laal Singh Chadha  already. Another  remaining portion  of the remuneration was to be  obtained  from the profits of the project.Since there are no profits , Aamir’s remuneration  stands  cleared.”

    The  losses are  to be borne  entirely by  Aamir’s co-producers  Viacom 18 who have  suffered  two crippling boxoffice blows in two weeks—Shabaash  Mithu and Laal Singh Chaddha.It will be  a very  long time before  Viacom can get  back on its feet .

In  the meanwhile Aamir has moved on. Friends say he is on  a long holiday abroad with his  family, while his  co-producers do all the loss-mopping  and damage control.
