Ahmed Khan: Grateful That Baaghi 3 Has Beaten Carona

 With   collections now touching almost 90 crores Baaghi 3 is well on the way to becoming a blockbuster.

Director  Ahmed Khan in bed  with exhaustion and  the double-blow to his  morale that he suffered fir gis reamrsk on Thappad and Kangana Ranaut says the  success  of Baaghi 3 is  a miracle. “We were warned by all our well-wishers  to  not release as per schedule. Crona mein karo na…. But it was too late to pull out.Luckily the audience turned up. What if they hadn’t?I’m relived that we’re going cross 100 crores  by the end  of this week.”

Should the  producers  of Sooryvanshi be encouraged to release  on  schedule  encouraged  by the Baaghi 3 success.

Ahmed demurs. “I don’t think  they should. Sooryavanhi is much bigger than Baagi 3. Too much at stake, I’ve beea fan of Rohit Shetty’s cinema  since  he directed  the first Golmaal film.This spread of  the virus would  cause  substantial damage to Sooryavanshi. There is too much at stake.”

In the meanwhile Ahmed has already begun on  an idea  for Baaghi 4.  “But that comes later, Right now we’re focusing  on Heropanti 2.”

What  can Ahmed tell  us  about Baaghi 4? 

“That  it will feature Tiger Shroff in action even more sophisticated  than Baaghi,3,” says Ahmed.
