Aishwarya Rai to play a glamorous singer in Fanney Khan!

Kriarj Entertainment & T-Series upcoming film ‘Fanney Khan’ has been grabbing all the attention from everyone ever since its announcement.  Recently false rumors were going around about Priyanka Chopra denying the film t but the Producer of the film Prernaa Arora has made it clear that Priyanka Chopra is a talented actress and popular worldwide but for them Aishwarya Rai Bachchan fit the bill for the role and she was as their first and only choice ever since their production has come on board.

With a powerful star cast of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anil Kapoor, ‘Fanney Khan’ is known to be directorial debut of Atul Manjrekar, and is the Hindi adaptation of the 2000 Dutch release, Everybody’s Famous!  The film is musical-drama which showcases the lead actors in a very distinct avatar.  The ever green beauty Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will be seen as glamorous singer who will surely win hearts with her positivity and freshness. The actress, who is currently on a family vacation in New York, is known to be starting with her preparation for the role as soon as she is back in city.

Giving few more details Prernaa Arora of KriArj Entertainment says, “Aishwarya is a stunning and an extremely talented actress. In Fanney Khan, she will be seen completely different avatar from all our recent past films.  She is the spunky, enchanting female protagonist who will make you smile with her screen presence.

Talking about the part of Aishwarya making her singing debut, Prernaa Arora says, “For now she is not singing, but yes she is playing a singer in the film but in reality we still have to wait for that big moment when she decides to sing.”

Interestingly, Faaney Khan’s lead actor Anil Kapoor is known to be singing not one or two but multiple songs for the musical-drama. The team starts building the set in Mumbai next month and Anil will kick off shooting in the first week of August. Aishwarya joins him by the month-end and the film will wrap up in a start-to-finish schedule by October.
