How is the lockdown treating you?
Quite well, all things considered! I’m staying positive and productive and just making the most of today without stressing too much about the future because there’s absolutely nothing I can do about it!
How are you coping with the restlessness that has crept in after 4 weeks of isolation?
I think I’ve gotten more used to it.I’m settling into it and getting more comfortable with every passing week. For me Week 1 was the hardest. It got easier with every passing week.
Are you eating and sleeping more?
Yes for sure. I’ve definitely been sleeping and eating more.A day seems to have so many more hours now.
Are you watching more films now?
Yess! Lots of movies and tv shows and lots of reading and writing!
So you’re working and working out?
Constantly! I had a need to stay productive so I’m constantly working in whatever way I can.. Working out? I’m not as motivated to do but I’m pushing myself .
What is your advice to young people who getting restless at home?
Find a schedule for yourself and give yourself some structure! Don’t laze around in your pyjamas all day.Do things that make you feel happy and energized! Whatever they may be.And remember,if you can’t do anything about it, make the most of it!
