Alia Bhatt the nation’s ‘Darlings’ is now going to be known as Alia Bhatt-Kapoor. Sharing this information with me ,Alia says that she already owns her post-marital name “in spirit” . But she will also get the name officially changed on her passport as soon as she is able to deal with the formalities.
Alia will be billed as ‘Alia Bhatt-Kapoor’ for the first time in her mentor Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. She joins Sonam Kapoor and Priyanka Chopara in adding her husband’s surname to her original name after marriage.
