Where is Apoorva Lakhia? Not much has been heard of the filmmaker since his last feature film the powerful but unsuccessful gangster film Haseena Parkar which was released in 2017.
But now Apoorva is back with a webseries.
According to sources Apoorva has just wrapped an espionage thriller for Voot Select. Entitled Crackdown it stars Saqib Saleem, Shriya Pilgaonkar, Iqbal Khan, Ankur Bhatia and Rajesh Telang.
Written by Suresh Nair Crackdown promises to be a high-powered thriller with enough to balls to keep the action going rather than to economize on the action for a wider family-oriented audience.
