Upcoming film “Virus” has unveiled new stills featuring its cast!

“Virus” tells the story of Taek Seon (Bae Doona), who is infected with a deadly virus that makes people fall in love for no reason. She embarks on an unexpected journey with three men: researcher Soo Pil (Son Suk Ku), former classmate Yeon Woo (Jang Ki Ha), and Lee Kyun (Kim Yun Seok), the only expert capable of developing a cure.

The newly released stills show Taek Seon and Soo Pil meeting for the first time on a blind date. A chilly atmosphere fills the room as the two sit across from each other, their faces tense and expressionless. However, a photo shows Soo Pil openly expressing one-sided affection toward Taek Seon, raising questions about what might have happened between them.

After being infected with the Toxo virus, Taek Seon reunites with her elementary school classmate Yeon Woo. While chatting in the car, everything seems normal—except for Taek Seon’s unusually bright eyes and excited expression, suggesting something is amiss.

In the next scene, the two are seen calmly sitting in pink hazmat suits, hinting at their strange but entertaining bond. Their unexpected chemistry, triggered by the virus, sets the stage for an unpredictable reunion between old friends.

Taek Seon finally meets Lee Gyun, a Toxo virus expert. When she learns that feeling excited and happy for no reason is a symptom of infection, she gives a skeptical look. But soon after, she’s seen sticking close to Lee Gyun, as if nothing is wrong, and joining him on an unexpected journey. Taek Seon’s sudden shift in behavior adds a touch of humor to the unfolding story.

The strong chemistry between Lee Gyun, who has spent seven years researching the Toxo virus, and Taek Seon, a carrier with super antibodies, is expected to bring additional humor to the plot. Their close bond promises to introduce a fresh dynamic to the story.

“Virus” is scheduled to hit theaters on May 7.
