Listen to the gently cascading sounds of  Labon Ka Kaarobaar from Aditya Chopra’s Befikre.

Then listen to  Adnan Sami singing Pal Do Pal Ka Pyaar?

Do you notice the similarities? There sure is an uncanny resemblance between the two tunes, right down to the accordion violin and guitar riffs.

Now,is this just two creative minds, namely  Adnan in Pal do pal  and Vishal-Shekhar who gave done the smooch song in Befikre thinking alike? Or is someone at Yashraj Films anAdnan Sami fan?

Even earlier in Aditya Chopra’s Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi the hit track Haule Haule sounded strikingly similar to Adnan’s Kabhi nahin, the duet that Adnan had done with Mr AmitabhBcahchan.

A source close to Yash Raj says, “Adi does a lot of the music in his films. And the similarities that you refer to may just be traced  to him.”
