“Below Deck Mediterranean” season 9 star Gael Cameron shared a March 31 Instagram post with her boyfriend and fellow castmate Nathan Gallagher, hinting that they’re expecting a baby.
In the reel, the two created stick figures of themselves using glow sticks and danced to Lil Jon and DJ Snake’s “Turn Down For What.”
Midway through the reel, a small green glowstick figure appeared and made its way into the middle of Cameron’s triangle-shaped stomach, indicating a possible pregnancy.
“Yep, you saw that right… now go ahead and speculate,” Cameron captioned. Gallagher replied, “Excitement is real.”
“Below Deck Med” and “Below Deck Down Under” star Aesha Scott wrote, “BEYOND HAPPYYYY.”
A fan replied, “Oh oh oh I hope it is what we all think!!!! Congratulations if it is.” Some wondered if it was an April Fool’s Day trick, and one wrote, “You better not be joking…cuz OMG.”
Still, many were hopeful, and one eagle-eyed fan shared, “I had accidentally paused your 2024 recap on the ultrasound photo after Nathan was holding your belly and have been waiting for the formal announcement. congratulations you two!!!”
‘Below Deck Med’ Fans Caught Cameron’s Ultrasound Clue from 2024
Fans are excited about Cameron’s possible pregnancy, and a Reddit user posted after her announcement, “Not an April fools day joke either — there was an ultrasound in her year end wrap.”
One shared a screenshot of the said ultrasound and another wrote, “You can only see it if you’re sad enough (and I am, twice) to pause at exactly the right moment..transition between Gael and Nathan in a mirror at the very end and a shot of them at a Christmas market. You can’t see it unless you pause at exactly the right split second.”
A Cameron and Gallagher fan gushed, “I’m so happy for them! They had so much chemistry right off the bat.”

Cameron and Gallagher began their boatmance during “Below Deck Med” season 9, but things were highly complicated.
Cameron was already in a relationship, but she was unhappy with her boyfriend. After she decided to give Gallagher a chance, they made plans to travel together after the season ended.
Unfortunately, things didn’t work out then. “For the most part, it was really great. And I think he just has a lot of emotional maturing to do,” Cameron told Bravo in the season 9 “Below Deck Mediterranean After Show.”
“I definitely started to see a different side to him,” she added. “Like a little bit of anger, and a little bit of like, stubbornness, immaturity.”
In September 2024, Cameron announced that she and Gallagher were back together. “R3KINDL3D,” she captioned in an Instagram post with a picture of the two kissing.
