The Bold and the Beautiful head writer and executive producer, Bradley Bell, recently revealed that the show will spotlight fashion more than before. Previously, there wasn’t enough room to fully explore fashion wars storylines, but the move to a new studio has made it possible. With Bell’s latest comments, many now believe that Forrester Creations’ longtime rival, Spectra Fashions, could get a revival soon.

Bradley Bell reveals fashion wars are returning to The Bold and the Beautiful
In a conversation, Bell mentioned that they’re heading to a new chapter of the show, where fashion will be more highlighted.
Fashion wars will be back as the new studio has the place to accommodate such storylines. “We have the ability to do this. So we are headed into an era of The Bold and the Beautiful that will begin here that is going to be highlighting fashion much more than we have in the past, much more frequently, and also getting back to a battling-fashion house way of storytelling like we did with the Spectras and the Forresters,” he said.
Although Bell only used Forrester & Spectra’s rivalry as an example to explain how future storylines will unfold, many believe there’s still a chance that the latter business could be revived. Viewers are aware that Spectra struggled in the fashion industry. Now that Nick Marone has returned, there’s a chance that he might attempt to restart his mother’s fashion house. There’s another fashion business, Jackie M. Designs, but the possibility of getting revived is slim. As Jackie shut her business back in 2012 and moved to New York.
Bell assured viewers that they will get to see more fashion shows, what goes on behind the stage, and interactions of those involved in the event. He explained, “We’ll see more fashion shows, but we’ll see more [of] a steady diet of fashion… we’ll see more interaction between the designers and models, more [glimpses] backstage and how it’s all made.” (via Soap She Knows)
It remains to be seen what rivalry gets added into the mix and how the makers go about the fashion storylines.
