Sushant Singh Rajput “Every year I make sure that I am with my family but this time I am gonna stay back as my next Takkadum starts rolling on 7th and I am deep into preparation.So will have to skip the family get-together this Diwali.”

Nawazuddin Siddiqui: “I would like to celebrate this Diwali by lighting pp my house in the memory and respect of the martyred solidiers  of our Country.”

Diana Penty:  “For me, Diwali is all about light and colour – diyas, fairy lights, rangoli, desssing festive! But most important is the Diwali puja and spending time with family and friends. Oh , and let’s not forget those yummy sweets – all diets out the window for the time being! A special thought for our animals and our environment this time of the year – the loud sounds and smoke from the crackers we light affects them greatly. Diwali is the Festival of Lights, not noise. So choose light. Be considerate. Be safe.”

Ram Gopal Varma: “For me celebrations are festivals are meaningless. I don’t wish anyone on their birthday or for Diwali.”

Amitabh Bachchan: “Diwali is always an open house at our home Jalsa.Everyone is welcome.”

Akhil Akkineni: “It’s been a family tradition to meet on Diwali  will be in hyderabad spending time with family.”

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan:  “Diwali has to be at home, no matter what. The family has to be together for that occasion. Or at least, we try to be. But all of us have our own crazy schedules. Sometimes it becomes impossible to fulfil family obligations. But we try our best.”

Kalki Koechlin: Light a lamp, read my script and sleep. Middle of shooting for Ribbon.Prateik Babbar: “ No crackers! Noise free, pollution free Diwali! Lots of nice khaana and naach gaana! I  shall visit to wish as much family as possible.”

Mahesh Bhatt: “Bollywood is a gambler’s den. We gamble all through the year. Why do we need to play cards at Diwali?”
