Following the success of the K-drama Bon Appetit, Your Majesty, led by Girls Generation’s Lim Yoon A and Lee Chae Min, its cast and crew will reportedly reunite for a reward vacation.
On September 26, media outlets reported that the cast and crew of Bon Appetit, Your Majesty are set to depart for Da Nang, Vietnam, in late October for their reward vacation. According to reports, they are currently adjusting their schedules for the upcoming trip.
This special reward vacation benefit is reserved only for K-dramas that achieve huge popularity. Interestingly, the main lead, Lim Yoon A, manifested this exact trip during the wrap-up party, and her video statement about it went viral.
Starting with a promising 4.9% for its premiere, Bon Appetit, Your Majesty has broken its personal ratings record with every new episode, reaching an impressive 15.8% by the 10th episode. Its success has earned it a spot among the Top 10 highest-rated tvN K-dramas of all time, and it is the highest-rated cable channel K-drama of 2025. Moreover, the K-drama’s popularity is global. The K-drama has secured its position at number one on the Netflix non-English series chart for two weeks straight.
The main leads have also seen personal success. Lim Yoon A topped the brand reputation list for performers for five consecutive weeks. Lee Chae Min also ranked first in the Korea Enterprise Reputation Research Institute’s brand reputation.
Meanwhile, Lim Yoon A is preparing to meet the global viewers via a fan meeting dedicated to the K-drama. Lee Chae Min, on the other hand, will host his first-ever Asian fan meeting since his debut.
Bon Appetit, Your Majesty tells the story of a chef who time-travels to the past while she is at the peak of her career. She meets the worst King, who is a great gourmet. The K-drama is based on Park Kook Jae’s web novel of the same name.
