David Harbour has now been spotted with two different women weeks apart — first on a Manhattan walk with model Morgan Cozzi, and new reports suggest that earlier this fall he was at a Winnipeg spa with Natalie Tippett, the costume designer widely understood to be the inspiration behind Lily Allen’s “Madeline.”
Over the weekend, Metro UK published photos of Harbour, 50 and Cozzi, 29, taking what looked like an unhurried daytime walk through New York City. It’s the first time they’ve been photographed together, and the timing immediately drew attention, especially given the still-fresh fallout from Harbour’s divorce.
That sighting landed just as Page Six resurfaced an earlier set of questions — specifically, whether Harbour and Tippett were at Thermea Spa Village in Winnipeg at the same time in September, when Harbour was filming Violent Night 2.
According to the outlet, eagle-eyed fans reported seeing Harbour at the spa on multiple occasions, and a cross-reference to Tippett’s social media suggested she was at the same place at the same time. Tippett, who worked with Harbour on Netflix’s We Have a Ghost, was not part of the Violent Night 2 costume team, so it doesn’t seem like it would have been a work trip for Tippett.

Tippett previously acknowledged hearing Allen’s track “Madeline,” saying she has “a family to protect” and calling the attention surrounding the song “a little bit scary.” “Madeline” appears on West End Girl, the album detailing the end of Allen’s marriage to Harbour — a project that arrived with pointed references to infidelity, sex addiction, and the emotional unraveling leading up to their December 2024 split.
Those revived conversations have also pulled older Harbour-adjacent headlines back into view: the Esquire Spain interview where he was asked whether fame had turned him “into a jerk,” and reports earlier this month that Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown once filed a bullying and harassment complaint against him ahead of Season 5 — something Netflix investigated and said resulted in “no wrongdoing.”
Meanwhile, Allen recently told Interview Magazine she’s “not in a relationship” and is navigating dating apps while focusing on rebuilding. Harbour hasn’t addressed either sighting — the New York stroll with Cozzi or the Winnipeg overlap tied to Tippett — but the close timing has kept his post-split chapter firmly in public view.
