“Divide & Rule Never Works”, Ramacharan Teja on his supposed Rivalry with Mahesh Babu

They  have both scored  a spectacular  success each in  quick successful. Ramcharan Teja’s Rangasthalam and Mahesh Babu’s Bharat Ane Nenu   have taken the Telugu boxoffice  by storm.

And  no one  is happier than Ramcharan Teja. “I am seeing these attempts to pitch my film against Mahesh Babu’sBharat Ane Nenu. And it is  such a useless attempt to make headlines. Mahesh Babu and I are friends. And we’re both  very happy at the success  of our films. To suggest that we are in competition with one  another as to whose film will make  more money is plainly  mischievous and  untrue. There has never been any advantage  in the divide-and-rule policy. We  can  flourish as an entertainment  industry  only of we work as a united organization.Whatever profits come  from our films will benefit the industry as a a whole.”

About the resounding success of Rangasthalam  and Bharat Ane Nenu Ramcharan  says, “I can’t speak  forMahesh. But I am most sincerely happy that these two films  have done so  well. There was a period of lull just before these  two films came along. The  Telugu film  industry is doing well. That  to me is  more important than any individual success.”
