[EXCLUSIVE] Avatar The Last Airbender Set Bonus Sheet Gets Even Better

The ATLA Magic The Gathering set has introduced a collaboration that fits entirely within the existing Magic color pie. And now, with some fantastic reprints, coming as well. One of the most exciting things for Avatar fans are sure to be the cards with a very special treatment – scenes from the series.

We are fortunate enough to debut eight cards for the upcoming Avatar: The Last Airbender set, which you can see below. See the spoilers from the upocming ATLA Magic The Gathering set below.

Main ATLA set cards

The first two cards, “Bitter Work” and “Enter the Avatar State,” may be low cost, but their impact can be high, especially for the early turns that they’re meant to play.

Bitter Work | 1 Colorless, 1 Red, 1 Green Mana

Bitter Work is here to make red/green decks pop, with the new Exhaust mechanic that allows the player to Earthbend, making Land become creatures with haste. At only three mana total, it’s an easy call to play it early and start aggressively.

Exhaust  — 4 Colorless Mana: Earthbend 4. Activate only during your turn. (Target land you control becomes a 0/0 creature with haste that’s still a land. Put four +1/+1 counters on it. When it dies or is exiled, return it to the battlefield tapped. Activate each exhaust ability only once.)

Enter The Avatar State | 1 White Mana
