An exciting new K-drama is in development at Netflix, titled Got It. The series will star the incredibly talented Han Seok Kyu, Go Doo Shim, and Yoo Jae Myung. Filming is also expected to get underway in December 2025! Here’s everything we know about Got It on Netflix.
Got It is an upcoming South Korean Netflix Original series directed by Choi Jeong Yeol, who previously directed series such as Vigilante and Start-Up.
What is the plot of Got It?
A synopsis for Got It has been sourced from Naver:
“The story revolves around blood ties, solidarity, and the delicate emotions that unfold on Jeju Island.”

Who are the cast members of Got It?
Han Seok Kyu will play the role of Bu Yong Nam. The actor has yet to star in a Netflix project, and is most well-known for starring in popular dramas such as Dr. Romantic, Recipe for Farewell, and Tree with Deep Roots.
Go Doo Shim has reportedly been offered the female lead. The actress has starred in a handful of Netflix projects, Check in Hanyang, The Atypical Family, Our Blues, and When the Camellia Blooms.

Yoo Jae Myung will play the role of Yang Gwang Ik. The actor previously starred in Netflix projects such as Song of the Bandits, The Sound of Magic, Juvenile Justice, Hospital Playlist, Itaewon Class, Vincenzo, Life, and Prison Playbook.

Filming is currently scheduled to begin sometime in December 2025 and is expected to conclude by June 2026.
The filming schedule is subject to change.
When is the Got It Netflix release date?
If filming is due to end by June 2026, then it’s highly unlikely we’ll see the K-drama on Netflix before the end of 2026.
The earliest we can expect to see the K-drama on Netflix is Spring or Summer 2027.
