Below Deck Down Under Season 3: Meet the New & Returning Cast

Get ready to set sail once again because “Below Deck Down Under” is back for season 3, promising more high-seas drama, breathtaking Australian scenery, and, of course, a fresh crew navigating both the waters and their emotions. Let’s dive into the lineup of stews, deckhands, and—most importantly—the Chef who Captain Jason Chambers will be steering through another wild charter season!

Two Familiar Faces Are Joining Captain Jason on Below Deck Down Under Season 3

Tzarina Mace-Ralph and Harry Van Vliet are both returning for their second go around on “Below Deck.” After becoming a fan-favorite in season 3, Mace-Ralph is back in the galley, and her quirky personality and amazing culinary talents are sure to be on display. Although she clashed with Captain Jason a few times during her freshman season, her food consistently got great feedback from the guests—which, more often than not, translates to a big tip for the whole crew.

Despite having years of experience in the yachting world, season 2 was also Van Vleit’s first time working as a deckhand on “Below Deck.” The native Australian experienced his first boatmance while also showing off his skills not only on the boat but off when he took some of the guests diving in the Great Barrier Reef.

The returning crew members spent time together ahead of the season 3 premiere. Mace-Ralph shared some of their shenanigans on Instagram but made it known they were not a couple. However, they clearly enjoyed reuniting for another season.

Below Deck Down Under Season 3 Has a Boatload of New Cast Members

Captain Jason, Mace-Ralph, and Van Vleit are joined by quite a few new faces, including a brand new Bosun and Chief Stew.

Captain Jason has yet to make it through a season without clashing or firing a Bosun, so hopefully, Wihan Du Toit can break that curse. Du Toit’s Bravo Bio claims he has nine years of experience in the yachting industry but so does one of his deckhands. Could there be trouble brewing about who should really be in charge?

After two seasons as Chief Stew, Aesha Scott jumped ship to join Captain Sandy Yawn on “Below Deck: Med,” leaving a huge hole in the interior department. Enter new Chief Stew, Lara Rigby. Rigby joins the cast with six years of experience as a Chief Stew, and according to her Bravo’s Season 3 summary, she “excels at keeping her department in tip-top shape, going to great lengths to make sure her guests have a spotless experience – even if it means scaling four flights of stairs for every service. The interior runs like a well-oiled machine until one stew’s request for more responsibility rocks the boat.”

Deckhands Johnny Arvanitis and Adair Werley, Stews Brianna Duffield and Marina Marcondes de Barros are also climbing aboard for season 3, and in another “Below Deck” first, the Chef will be getting a Sous-Chef with Anthony Bird.

Season 3 of “Below Deck Down Under” premieres on Bravo on Monday, February 3. Fans can stream episodes the next day on Peacock.
