Hallmark star Tyler Hynes had a big year in his career this past year, and he took a moment to reflect on it all in a recent social media post. He was in the mood to celebrate not only what he has done with Hallmark over the past months, but even more so, celebrate the passion and commitment of the fans who cheer him on.
Tyler Hynes Embraced the Positivity of the Past Year
On March 27, Hynes shared a video accompanied by a lengthy caption on his Instagram page. The video was a string of highlights from the past year of Hynes’ work with Hallmark, and many of those highlights came from fan events and interactions.
In the caption, Hynes wrote, “You made every minute something special. Very happy we were able to make last year feel like we broke new ground.”
Hynes included a long list of projects, events, and accomplishments that came to his mind. Naturally, he included his movies such as “The Groomsmen Trilogy,” “Holiday Touchdown,” “Shifting Gears,” and “Three Wiser Men and a Boy.”
The campaign to promote Hallmark+ made the list, as did a mention of Hynes on “The Howard Stern Show.” He also noted several Christmas events, a bus tour, two cruises, and the Super Bowl parade as events that made the past year an especially fantastic and meaningful one.
“Your presence in it is what makes it what it is,” Hynes said of the fans’ support. “In person, online, at home, trending, watch partying, this is for you. Glad to be of service.”
He also acknowledged he “missed a lot,” in terms of experiences or events he didn’t include or call out. He promised, however, “I’ll continue to catch up and scroll through the phone, but thank you to everyone on each step of the last year.”
Fans Adore Hynes & Loved His Post
Hynes noted that being so busy with so much was “All worth it if it brought some joy.” He also teasingly suggested his “Groomsman Trilogy” co-star Jonathan Bennett should be the host of the 2026 Oscars.
His video included plenty of moments highlighting the fun dynamic he and Bennett have formed in working together at Hallmark.
Bennett commented, “Wow, Tyler what a great year we had. We got to create so many amazing things for this amazing network and fan base and we can’t wait to keep doing it.” Bennett also commented, “You are an icon.”
