Kyle Richards and Lisa Vanderpump almost reunited, but not in the way fans might think.
TMZ reported on March 18 that Richards was considering buying a house across the street from Vanderpump’s residence, Villa Rosa. The property had six bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, and Richards reportedly toured multiple times, also bringing along her daughters.
While Richards was a big fan of the house, TMZ added that the house was sold to a buyer at the end of February for $6.9 million, and Richards never ended up putting in an offer because the area was deemed to be a fire hazard.
Richards currently resides in her Encino home that she purchased with her estranged husband Mauricio Umansky. He moved out in April 2024, so Richards has been there with her two youngest daughters, Sophia Umansky and Portia Umansky. Plus, she also has many dogs.
Lisa Vanderpump Didn’t Rule Out a Possible Reconciliation with Kyle Richards in December Interview

Richards and Vanderpump were the best of friends when “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” began filming, but they went through many ups and downs. Their biggest falling out occurred when Richards accused Vanderpump of leaking a negative story about fellow castmate Dorit Kemsley, but Vanderpump denied it. The entire situation became known as “Puppygate” which played out in Season 9.
Vanderpump exited the show right after, and the duo’s friendship never recovered. During an episode of Access Hollywood’s Housewives Nightcap in December 2024, Vanderpump revealed what she would need from Richards if the two were ever to become friends again.
“I think when you talk about the opposite of love and they say that it’s hate, and it’s not. It’s kind of indifference,” Vanderpump said. “I’m just like, ‘Hey, hi, how are you?’ … It needs to start with an apology to ever reconcile because you can’t ever pick up a friendship when somebody’s calling you a liar. That doesn’t work for me, at all.”
It’s clear that Vanderpump is still very hurt over the accusations, and even went on to say, “Kyle was a terrible friend to me.”
So, while it’s possible the two could reunite at some point, there’s a lot that they will have to discuss and get over first.
Could Lisa Vanderpump Return to RHOBH?

There was some speculation about Lisa Vanderpump potentially returning to “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” specifically from former cast member Lisa Rinna.
However, when speaking with TMZ on February 8, Vanderpump put an end to all of that.
“Oh, there’s a pig flying to the moon. There’s more chance of that,” she said bluntly.
