Only Membership holders that submit the ‘Membership Presale Survey’ within the survey period will be eligible to participate in the Membership Presale.

[ IMPORTANT NOTICE ]

1) If you want to participate in advance reservation of membership, you must complete the survey after signing up for membership.

2) Membership Presale is an exclusive benefit offered for ATEEZ concerts to official members only.

 If your membership expires after completing the survey but before the presale period, you may be excluded from the presale eligibility.

* Please make sure to check your Membership expiration date before participating in the Survey.

* If you delete or withdraw from the TOKTOQ platform after submitting the survey, you will also be excluded from the presale eligibility.

3) The Survey will be open for a limited period. Participation will not be possible after the Survey period. If you do not submit the Survey during the given period, you will not be able to participate in the ‘ Membership Presale’.

4) The Survey can be modified during the Survey period, but modifications cannot be made after the deadline. Please fill out the Survey very carefully.
 

5)Once the Survey closes, a Presale Code will be sent to the email address used as your TOKTOQ ID. The Presale Code is a combination of numbers and alphabets that must be entered before purchasing the Membership Presale tickets.

*When receiving the code, please make sure to check not only your inbox but also your spam or promotions folders.
