Fans of country music star HARDY don’t have to wait much longer for new music. On April 10, the singer took to Instagram to reveal his plans to release two fresh tracks: “Buck On The Wall” and “Favorite Country Song.” As the singer explained, he would drop the songs that same night.
The release comes less than a month before the May 2 release date of the singer’s next upcoming EP, “COUNTRY!” As HARDY confirmed in the post, the EP will feature both new songs. Fans flooded the post’s comments section with fire emojis and celebratory statements. For example, one fan wrote: “My day just got 10,000 times better, new HARDY music tonight. I’m so pumped.”
However, these new songs are just the beginning of what HARDY has in store for his fans in the coming year.
HARDY Takes the Grand Ole Opry Stage in April 2025
Performing at the Grand Ole Opry is a tremendous honor, and HARDY will enjoy it on April 29, 2025. This year is a particularly special time to take the beloved stage because the Opry is celebrating its 100th anniversary all year long. As the Opry website notes, the April 29 event will feature HARDY alongside several other performers, including The Isaacs and Killer Baez.
Although this will be the singer’s first official outing at the highly celebrated venue, he has actually taken the stage before. Holler reported that HARDY performed on the Grand Ole Opry stage in 2023 during the People’s Choice Country Awards. The singer also scored a few award nominations of his own that year.
The Singer Will Embark on a World Tour in May 2025
As Melodic Magazine reported, HARDY will embark on his most extensive world tour to date on May 22, 2025. The JIM BOB tour will include both individual concerts and festival appearances, such as a performance at the Morgan Wallen event “Sand In My Boots.”
Although the singer will have released his “COUNTRY!” EP before the tour, he shared that the new full-length studio album fans may have been hoping for isn’t quite ready yet. However, as he explained in his aforementioned Instagram Reel, the EP’s release means he’ll still have fresh material for the road. “I couldn’t get my album done in time for the tour, but I put my foot down, and I was like, ‘I want to have music out before this tour. The fans deserve it, I want to play new songs. It’s a new chapter in my life.’”
