Has Samantha Opted Out Of  Raj-DK’s Citadel Due To Ill Health?

2022 has not been a  favourable year for  the  talented and beautiful Samantha Ruth Prabhu. After an intensely discussed  annulled  marriage, Samantha has been trying her utmost  to rebuild her career, only to face a serious stumbling block with a rare and grave  skin ailment  braking  her  career plans.

While  Kushi, her Telugu romcom with Vijay Deverakonda, has been  postponed indefinitely one now hears that Samantha is  no more a  part  of Raj and DK’s webseries  Citadel  for Amazon  Video. While  Priyanka  Chopra  Jonas , Richard Madden  and the distinguished Stanley Tucci lead the  cast for the  global  version of the series, Varun Dhawan and Samantha were   finalized  for the  Indian  spinoff of  Citadel  which  is being  directed  by Raj  & DK  whose  The Family Man franchise has re-defined   the OTT space in India.

One  hears Samantha due to her ill health has opted out of the series, as she is unable to give the  dedicated time  and attention that  the series requires.

Information from Hyderabad  about Samantha is that she has been advised complete abstinence  from  public  appearance  for the next three months.
