Hugh Jackman is all set to go on one knee for Sutton Foster, and he’s going to marry her without signing a prenup. At least that’s what sources say. According to an exclusive report by Radar Online, Jackman is waiting for her divorce from Ted Griffin to finalize before popping the question.
The source stated, “An engagement is inevitable. Just as soon as she and her ex, Ted, are officially done, Hugh will be going down on one knee and making things official.”
When it comes to signing a prenup, though, Jackman reportedly insists they’ll be fine without it. The source added, “They’ve both talked about it for a while now and Hugh insists he doesn’t want or need a prenup.”

This comes after he and Deborra-Lee Furness finalized their divorce, dividing their estimated $250 million fortune. As per the NY Post, Furness claimed that the terms of their divorce were uncontested, which means that the former lovers have come to an agreement.
Jackman shocked his fans when the reports of an affair with his Broadway co-star came to light. After all, he had been married to Furness for almost three decades and had always spoken highly of her.
