Is Priyanka Chopra Prepping To Play Mom?

  Not for  a role or a film. We are talking about real life.  Is our most  celebrated desi girl, Priyanka Chopra, in the family way?

Sources  in  the  know  say   Priyanka Chopra  is indeed on the way to motherhood .

“It looks  like PC has taken the plunge (into  pregnancy). The announcement won’t happen anywhere  soon because  Indian mothers are  superstitious  about proclaiming pregnancies until  three months  have passed,” says a friend  of  the actress  Priyanka Chopra  .

When  we checked with  our sources  in  New York  we were  told the pregnancy rumours in Mumbai were  not unfounded.

“ Priyanka Chopra  and her husband Nick Jonas have been  considering parenthood for a while now. Both  PC and Nick love kids.They are so fond  of Nick’s brother’s children  that they(Nick’s brother Kevin’s two daughters) love Nick and Priyanka as much as their own parents,” says  the source, adding that the rumour can be confirmed only when  the couple  makes a formal  announcement.

In  the meanwhile we can only  hope the  rumour is  true. Think of how beautiful a baby such a  goodlooking couple will bring to the world!

On the work front  , Priyanka has announced   a  bio-pic on the controversial  Ma Sheela, right-hand woman and confidante  to  the super-controversial Acharya Rajneesh. But no headway has been made on  the project since the announcement . The  film is  unlikely to happen until Priyanka’s maternity leave is over.
