Unlike his usual Eid parties, which are held at Mannat, this time Shah Rukh Khan held an intimate one yesterday for the media at Taj Lands Ends in Bandra. Delicious array of Eid delicacies were laid out for lunch as the media waited for super star to arrive. As he strolled in, wearing a white Pathani suit, he greeted all media warmly and chatted with them. We came to know that the fourth mini trail of his next release Jab Harry Met Sally will release today. In total, there will be three songs and seven mini trails before the trailer. As three mini trails came out last week, the fourth mini trail will release today.
Shah Rukh explains the reason behind the unique and exciting concept of releasing mini trails instead of a three-and-a-half-minute trailer. “I feel marketing has changed today. We need to be more interactive with the audiences and get to know what they want. That’s why instead of showing a three-and-half minute trailer we are showing these seven 30-second trails – for the audience to get an idea of what the film and the characters are about. We wanted to introduce the characters in the story – hence the title too Jab Harry Met Sejal. By introducing them, meant people could identify with and relate to them before they go to watch the film in the theatres.”
Shah Rukh also is very excited about the music of Jab Harry Met Sejal composed by Pritam. “Imtiaz always has great music and this film has to have one of the best music scores I have heard. All the songs are amazing!”
