Jang Na-ra Reveals Married Life With 6-Years-Younger Husband: “We’re Both Busy, So We Rely on the Freezer a Lot”

On the November 16 episode of tvN’s House on Wheels: Hokkaido Edition, cast members Sung Dong-il, Kim Hee-won, and Jang Na-ra were joined by guests Ji Seung-hyun and Kim Joon-han as they traveled through Furano and Biei.

Upon arriving at a campsite, Jang Na-ra couldn’t hide her excitement when she heard the news that visitors were offered free bread. Lowering her head in delight, she exclaimed, “This is perfect. It doesn’t get better than this,” showering the campsite service with praise.

Known as a true “bread expert” who even bakes at home, Jang Na-ra tasted freshly baked bread and commented, “This tastes better than hotel bread,” before showcasing an enthusiastic mukbang that highlighted her status as a genuine bread lover.

Later that evening, she cooked mentaiko pasta and gochujang pasta for the team. While preparing the meals, she shared a slice of her real-life married routine.

“At home, I divide frozen seafood packs into smaller portions and use them. It’s really affordable,” she explained.

She added, “My husband and I are both busy with work, so we make good use of the freezer.”

Meanwhile, Sung Dong-il treated the group to wagyu beef sourced directly from Hokkaido’s top ranch, carefully torching it himself. Watching Kim He-won devour the meat, he proudly noted, “Hee-won is really eating well on this trip.”

Jang Na-ra chimed in playfully, “I gained so much weight after coming here. Sunbae-nim made me swell up. He’s the culprit,” causing laughter among the cast.

Jang Na-ra continues to captivate viewers not only with her acting but also with her relatable, humorous charm—making her shared glimpses into her married life all the more endearing to fans.
