Jason Clarke’s Con Air Goes Wrong as The Last Frontier Gets Release Date, Teaser Trailer

Apple TV+ has finally announced The Last Frontier release date for its newest action-packed drama thriller, starring Winning Time star Jason Clarke. In addition, the streamer also shared its first teaser featuring a plane full of convicts, which suddenly crashes into the outskirts of Alaska.

“The show follows Frank Remnick, the lone U.S. marshal in charge of the quiet, rugged barrens of Alaska. Remnick’s jurisdiction is turned upside-down when a prison transport plane crashes in the remote wilderness, setting free dozens of violent inmates,” reads the synopsis. “Tasked with protecting the town he’s vowed to keep safe, he begins to suspect the crash wasn’t an accident, but the first step of a well-crafted plan with far-reaching and devastating implications.”

When is The Last Frontier release date?

The Last Frontier is a ten-episode thriller set to make its debut on Friday, October 10, 2025 with the first two episodes. It will then be followed by new episodes every Friday through December 5.

The series is created, written, and executive produced by Jon Bokenkamp and Richard D’Ovidio. The ensemble cast also includes Dominic Cooper (The Gold), Haley Bennett (The Magnificent Seven), Simone Kessell (Yellowjackets), Dallas Goldtooth (Reservation Dogs), and Tait Blum (For All Mankind), with Academy Award Nominee and multi-Emmy winner Alfre Woodard (Clemency). In addition to leading the cast, Clarke is also serving as an executive producer alongside Laura Benson, Glenn Kessler, Albert Kim, and series episodic director Sam Hargrave.
