Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan’s latest release Sonu Ke Ki Titu Sweety is exceptionally doing well on the box office is looking smoking hot on the latest issue of Health and Nutrition cover page. His recent transformation, with a drool worthy abs, is the perfect one to be pinned on board and give girls sleepless nights. Chocolate boy Kartik Aaryan has surely unleashed his sexiness on this cover. The actor has worked really hard on his body and the results are for all to see. This new physique, Kartik Aaryan managed to achieve in a natural way and by being a vegetarian. Kartik believes to obtain the desired body shape, one needs to be disciplined while exercising and should try to achieve it the natural way.
Kartik Aaryan was been trained by celebrity trainer Prashant Sawant and Rohan Sawant who has trained actors like Shah Rukh Khan, Ajay Devgn and Varun Dhawan. The actor was really training hard for his body under Prashant and Rohan’s guidance and despite being a vegetarian he transformed into a hunk and has achieved perfectly straight cut washboard abs that even the most fittest actor would envy.
