• Katrina Kaif was born in Hong Kong, and then moved to different countries, and finally moved to London.
• Katrina Kaif never went to school for studies. In fact she was home schooled by her mother Suzanne through correspondence course.
• With photographer Atul Kasbekar, Kaif started photo shooting, and later she got offers from different brands like Lakme, Coca Cola, Pantene etc.
• Though there was a rumor that “Boom” is the first movie of Katrina Kaif, she was first casted in “Saaya” by Mahesh Bhatt but couldn’t get the role because she couldn’t speak Hindi, and she made her debut in “Boom” in 2003.
• In spite of being modern, Kaif believes in superstition. She visits Dargah Sharif in Ajmer, Mount Mary Church in Mumbai, and Siddhivinayak Temple before her movie gets released.
• She had released her own music album called Rhymeskool along with A R Rahman in order to raise money for building a school in Madurai.
• Because she is not able to speak Hindi properly, most of her movies are voice dubbed by Mona Ghosh Shetty.
