Katrina Kaif Takes Hindi Seriously Finally

Finally after 13 years in the Indian film industry Katrina Kaif has decided to take her Hindi seriously. On Kapil Sharma’s show this weekend , we saw a newly empowered fun-seeking feisty outgoing and Hindi-speaking(!!) Katrina Kaif.

Says a prominent member  of Kapil’s team , “This was an entirely different Katrina Kaif. She has been on our show several times.  Kuch alag ttha iss baar(there was something different about her this time). On previous occasions she was polite but aloof . And she liked to let her co-stars do all the talking while she made it clear she would reply only in English. This time Katrina took centrestage on the show while Siddharth Malhotrasportingly took the backseat.She spoke to all of us in Hindi and even chatted with members of the audience in Hindi.She also kept asking us if she was doing okay. ‘Main theek hoon na?’ We assured her she was more thantheek.”

This gregarious talkative Katrina is her born-again avatar after the breakup with Ranbir Kapoor. Close friends say she took the split to heart, in a  positive way.

“Katrina is channelizing all the hurt into her work.She is determined to strike back stronger than ever,” says a close friend.

Apparently the beautiful actress wants to get out of the looker’s image and has expressed a keen interest to directors like Imtiaz Ali, Vishal Bhardwaj and Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra to work with them.
