While producer Prernaa Arora’s  ongoing feud with  John Abraham  over ownership rights of  the disupted film Parmanu shows no  signs  of ending , Prernaa’s other tussle over Kedarnath  the films that Abhishek Kapoor was directing for  Prernaa’s  KriArk Entertainment, is over.

The  film has been  bought over by Ronnie Screwvala’s RSVP films from KriArj and the other co-producers namelyBalajee Films  and T Series .

KriArj was  paid Rs 17 crores  for their investment in  the film so far.

Refusing  to divulge the details of  the financial  transaction Prernaa however  did admit that Kedarnath is no longer disputed property. “Yes, you can say the  fight is over.Though  the so-called fight  was  never initiated  from our side. We were only trying to do the  tight thing by Kedarnath.  Unfortunately things didn’t work out. Before  matters  could get  ugly  it has been  sorted. It has been taken over and we’ve gladly let it go.We wish Kedarnath all the  best.”

Prernaa would rather concentrate now  on  her forthcoming  films. “We’ve  a very interesting repertoire. The  first one  out is Shree Narayan Singh’s Batti Gul Meter Chalu. We’re very proud of this  film and we  are sure it will be as influential as the  director’s  Toilet Ek Prem  Katha. Our well-wishers  tried to  suggest there was trouble in the production  of  this  film as well. God bless their insecure souls. We are happy with what we are doing. And to all those who are publishing  planted stories against us, enjoy your hits. We at KriArj   have our own hits to look forward to.”
