On August 30, Kim Min-ji took to her social media to address screenshots of fake content that falsely claimed her parents opposed her marriage and that she and Park Ji-sung had separated. One post even went as far as to suggest she is pregnant with their third child following an alleged divorce.
“Apparently, our love story isn’t exciting enough for dopamine-chasing folks,” she wrote sarcastically, along with images of the misleading headlines. One fabricated caption read: “They faced conflict due to her parents’ opposition to the marriage.”
Dismissing these baseless claims, Kim Min-ji wrote, “Even during our dating days, people created stories full of betrayal and revenge. Now they’ve escalated to parental opposition, divorce, and pregnancy rumors. Divorced and pregnant? Wow.”
She continued humorously but firmly: “Thanks for taking an interest in our mundane married life. Sorry to disappoint, but we’re not that dramatic. My parents never opposed our relationship—my husband’s been everyone’s top groom pick from the start.”
Kim Min-ji and Park Ji-sung tied the knot in 2014 and currently reside in London with their three children—one son and two daughters.
