Kim Seon Ho's agency takes legal action against netizens posting defamatory content

Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha actor Kim Seon Ho‘s agency, Fantagio, issued a statement in response to the malicious comments and defamation directed towards their artist.
On May 30, Fantagio posted an official statement on the global fandom platform Weverse, informing of legal action regarding infringements on Kim Seon Ho’s rights.
They stated, “Recently, actor Kim Seon Ho has been the target of continuous malicious slander, indiscriminate insults, and defamation across social media and online communities,” and emphasized, “We are taking the situation very seriously and plan to respond firmly through legal measures against malicious acts that violate the actor’s personal rights.”
Fantagio also stated that it is collecting posts and related materials that defame Kim. They added, “We will continue to respond strictly to any acts that defame the actor or infringe upon his rights,” and further noted, “The interest and reports from fans have been a great help. If you come across any such posts, we would appreciate it if you could report them to us via email.”
Fantagio expressed their gratitude, saying, “We sincerely thank all the fans who have always sent unwavering love and support to Kim Seon Ho, and we will continue to do our utmost to protect the rights and interests of our affiliated actor.”
Kim Seon Ho signed a contract with Fantagio this past March. He recently made a special appearance in the Netflix series When Life Gives You Tangerines, and will be seen in the Netflix series Can This Love Be Translated? later this year. He has also begun filming his next project, the Disney+ series Delusion.
