KISS OF LIFE Lose Nearly 200,000+ Followers, Fan Accounts Close Following Julie’s Birthday Livestream

Many were not impressed with their apology.
KISS OF LIFE are still feeling the effects of their now-deleted livestream.

Following Julie’s birthday livestream, KISS OF LIFE was criticized for appearing in styles depicting racial stereotypes of Black people. The group also acted in stereotypical ways, with Belle dressing in clothing usually worn by the Latino Cholo subculture and calling herself “Taco Belle.”
Despite the group’s company’s apology, many fans felt that not enough appropriate action was taken.

The most impacted was the group’s TikTok, which recorded a loss of at least 100,000 followers since the livestream.

These lost followers also included fan accounts that were previously dedicated to the group, who have decided to close.
