Kriti-Farhan To Prep For Lucknow Central

Even as Kriti Sanon is busy wrapping up her work in  in Lucknow for Ashwini IyerTiwari’s Bareilly Ki Barfi, she gets ready to return to Lucknow for her  next film entitledLucknow Central which is a comedy directed by newcomer Ranjit Tiwari.

Says Kriti,  “I took on this film because it  offers me a chance to play a character I haven’t done before. Though I’veplayed small-town girls before in my Hindi debut Hero-panti and now in Bareilly Ki Barfi , Lucknow Central is a completely new character for me.And I also get to work with Farhan Akhtar for the first time.”

Adds Farhan, “Lucknow Central is the only acting assignment I’ve accepted for now after Rock on 2. Why did I choose this and not something else?  It’s fun and it’s set in Lucknow ,a  city I haven’t shot in before. I specially look forward to exploring the legendary cuisine of the city.”

Kriti could guide Farhan through the various food points in Lucknow since she’s spent close to a month shooting in the city for another film.
