Lee Je Hoon is about to receive a coveted invitation on JTBC’s “The Art of Negotiation”!

Spoilers

On the previous episode of “The Art of Negotiation,” Yoon Joo No was nearly fired after CEO Song Jae Shik (Sung Dong Il) learned that Yoon Joo No was pushing ahead with the sale of the luxury resort owned by his daughter Song Ji Oh (Girls’ Generation’s Yuri). However, Yoon Joo No and his team managed to convince Song Ji Oh to sell the resort—and to change her mind about not treating her cancer.

After hearing that Song Ji Oh—who had previously refused treatment and accepted her impending death—had decided to undergo surgery, Song Jae Shik was so grateful to Yoon Joo No that he shocked everyone by offering him a position on the board.

In newly released stills from the drama’s next episode, Yoon Joo No accompanies Song Jae Shik on a hike. As the two men meet outside of work, their casual attire and the relaxed, informal atmosphere suggest that they have grown closer.

Above all else, the invite is especially meaningful because Song Jae Shik has always gone hiking with CCO Lee Dong Jun (Oh Man Seok) and CFO Ha Tae Soo (Jang Hyun Sung)—and he uses these hikes to learn their innermost thoughts and discuss important company matters. As these private hikes have a major impact on Song Jae Shik’s decision-making, the fact that he has chosen to go hiking with Yoon Joo No hints at how much he values the other man’s opinion.

Because Ha Tae Soo knows all too well how important Song Jae Shik’s hikes are, he is visibly nervous as he witnesses the proof of Yoon Joo No’s growing influence.

The next episode of “The Art of Negotiation” will air on April 5 at 10:30 p.m. KST.
