Madhavan and Akshay Kumar co-star as warring lawyers in a biopic on C Sankaran Nair, a distinguished lawyer during the British Raj who was also the President of the Indian National Congress in 1897.
Akshay plays C Sankaran.Madhavan has joined the cast as another lawyer. For the first time he plays a character with shades of grey.
Confirming his presence in the biopic to be directed by Karan Singh Tyagi and co-produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, Madhavan says, “Yes I am doing this film.But that’s all I can say right now.”
